Who we are
Silent Peak Goals is run by Silent Peak Ventures (the data controller). Contact details and company registration to be added before public launch.
What we store
- Your account: name and email address.
- Health readings you choose to log: weight, body fat, waist, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, fasting, training, energy and notes.
- Progress photos, only if you separately allow it.
- Your goals and the progress you log against them.
- A record of the permissions you gave and when.
Why, and on what basis
We use this data only to show you your own progress and, where you choose, to share specific goals with accountability partners you invite. Health readings and photos are special category data. We process them only with your explicit consent, which you give in the app and can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone you haven't chosen.
Who can see it
Only you. Health readings and photos are never shared, even on a shared goal. A goal you mark as shared is visible only to partners who have accepted your invitation. Access is enforced by the database itself, not just the app.
Where it's kept
Data is stored by Supabase in London (UK), encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are kept in private storage and are only viewable through short-lived links issued to your account. The app is hosted by Netlify. Photos are re-encoded on upload, which strips location and camera details.
Your rights
- Download all your data from Account at any time.
- Withdraw photo permission, which deletes all your photos.
- Delete your account, which permanently removes your readings, goals and photos.
- Ask us to correct anything, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or close your account.
